Refund and Returns Policy

At Eushoppt.com we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order we are here to help.

You can request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order. Returned items must be unused in their original packaging and in the same condition as received. To start a return please contact our customer service team at support@eushoppt.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved we will provide the return instructions and address.

Some items cannot be returned such as opened or used cosmetic products personal care items or digital and customized design services.

After we receive and inspect your returned item we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping costs are non refundable unless the return is due to our mistake such as a wrong or damaged item.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace or refund the item without any additional charge.

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days please check with your bank or payment provider. If the refund is still not visible contact us at support@eushoppt.com for further help.
